Rights and Legal Status of the Contents:

The contents of this website are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights, image rights and/or analogous legal standing of the financial content property of FEDA or third parties who have granted the relevant licenses and permission. Therefore, access to this website does not grant users any right or ownership over the contents (through copying, distribution, publication, disposal or transformation, among others) unless FEDA or the third party holders of the rights and/or legal standing authorized so either by awarding licenses or allowing this in writing.

Therefore, FEDA reserves the right to make use of watermarks, technological devices or other means of security that allow the tracing or online tracking of unauthorized use of these contents. In all cases, FEDA reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action against users of this website who infringe intellectual or industrial copyright, image rights and/or analogous legal standing for the above mentioned financial content.

Should a user consider that some content of this website violates the rights or legal standing of third parties, said user must notify FEDA immediately using the email address indicated above, so that FEDA may analyze and evaluate the situation referred to.

1. - Responsibility of the users

Users shall use this service at their own risk.

All devices and software required to access the Service are the sole responsibility of the users. It is therefore the users’ responsibility to take all necessary steps to protect their data, computer systems and/or software from contamination by any malicious programs.

Users have sole responsibility for their use of the Service.

2. Responsibility of FEDA

FEDA is not responsible for any damages, losses or other consequences arising from the use made by users of the Service

FEDA is not responsible for any damages, losses or other consequences arising from the non-availability of this website or of its contents for technical reasons, security, control, updates or maintenance, or for errors due to servers, third party intermediaries or suppliers.

FEDA is not responsible for any damages or losses caused to the users of this website from programs, malware or other elements beyond its control.

FEDA does not exert any control over the services, content and/or other elements which users of this website may access through the links, directories or other media that can be accessed through this web site (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or similar). FEDA is therefore not responsible for the availability, quality or precision, among other factors, of the services, contents or other elements that may be accessed, nor for the losses, damages or other consequences arising from the use thereof, unless, with regard to the contents, FEDA is directly responsible for their publication.

Links Authorization

Any third-party links on this website will be directed to its home page, with any deep linking expressly prohibited, along with any other use of the contents of this website by third parties who have not been authorized in writing by FEDA.

FEDA also prohibits the creation of links to this website from other sites with content that may be illegal, or not in good faith, good customers, decency or public order.

Identification of Fake Emails (‘phishing’ or ‘spoofing’ attempts)

Be wary of any email received that requests personal information or which redirects you to another web page that is not the property of FEDA or another group entity, or which requests payment using a method other than that authorized by FEDA, as this may be an attempt at identity theft (‘spoofing’ or ‘phishing’) and should be considered fraudulent.

FEDA always uses the domain "feda.ad” for its emails.

Should you receive an email with a different format, such as: feda@hotmail.com, you can be sure it is a fake email.

Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word “FEDA” in their URL, but they will take you to a completely different website. You can check the authenticity by passing your mouse over the link to reveal the associated URL, which is likely to have a different format from the links to the genuine FEDA websites.

Even if you do click on a phishing email, and you are taken to a page that resembles “Your Account” or another asking you to confirm or change your personal data, ignore it and consider it fraudulent.

Report all ‘phishing’ Attempts

If you suspect the authenticity of the sender of the message on behalf of FEDA, please go to our contact form and attach the email you suspect to be fake. By sending us this fraudulent email, you will be helping us to locate its source.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Andorran legislation.

The users of this web site agree to the Andorran jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply by law.

The above does not affect the rights that may apply by legal imperative to another legislation and/or jurisdiction due to a user’s status as a consumer.
